"I inquired about how to have my sons name placed on the back of his motocross shirt and the parts dept was so helpful. They took the time to look up the parts in the catalog show it to me and make sure that is what I was looking for and also stated that a few others have inquired about the product. So instead of having to special order the product they were going to order a few sets of them and I could check back in or they would call me when they came in. I opted to check back in as I am always in there.

I was very happy with the purchase process for my wife's SHIFT leather jacket.
When I called to verify my order, the person on the phone was very accomodating and helpful.
The correct item arrived and in good time.
The service and telephone help was definitely better than a few other online stores I dealt with, which sent wrong sizes and couldn't be reach by phone or don't answer e-mails.

"I recently had a service done on my WR450, and after I picked my bike up I mentioned an issue I was having with my clutch lever where it was getting stuck on my hand guards. Roy Laflamme was the service associate helping me out when I picked my bike, he took the clutch apart and fixed the issue by cutting the lever down to the right size. Roy's willingness to help me out after the service was done really spoke volumes on the level of service that you guys offer. The e-mail was sent on May 6 and today is May 28. I don't think that is very good customer service.
