    Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions Page as an additional resource for answering any questions or concerns you might have! The FAQ section will answer questions about shipping time, specific cost of shipping, and also provides additional information on returns and exchanges

    Shipping and Handling Charges:

    Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This includes batteries, exhausts, large atv accessories such as racks/winches/plows etc, tires, and other items requiring oversized packaging. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

    Generally, orders shipping within the continental US have the following shipping costs:

    Ground Shipping = $12.00 on orders up to $100. Qualifying orders over $150 ship FREE of charge provided no excluded products are contained in the order, and that order is shipping within the continental United States.

    We will notify you if there is a significant increase in the shipping charge on your order prior to billing and shipping.

    Shipping Methods

    We generally ship via UPS Ground or Priority mail in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Peurto Rico are usually shipped via Priority Mail. International orders are usually shipped via US Postal Express Mail and a extra shipping & handling charge is applied.

    Delivery Time

    Allow 3-5 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Peurto Rico. Allow 7-10 business days for International orders.

    Multiple Orders

    We will consolidate multiple orders whenever possible. Customers are advised to call us at 800-829-4313 to advise.

    Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges may be done without incurring a re-stocking fee up to 30 days from the original date of purchase.
  • There are NO refunds on returns after 30 days from the original date of purchase. We will accept exchanges or issue store credit on NEW and UNUSED items returned after 30 days. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to special order items.

    General

  • All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original date of purchase
  • Returns and exchanges must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and must include all instructions and original packing material.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with a brief note stating the reason for the return.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Incorrect Item

  • If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

    Incorrect Size

  • No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays shipping, unless we sent you a size other than what you specifically ordered.

    Customer Order Error

  • Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying a re-stocking fee. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The customer will incur a 15% re-stocking fee for returns of special-order items NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Return Shipping Instructions

  • Return via prepaid UPS Ground or Priority Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

    Return/Exchange Instructions

  • Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.


Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.


Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
