Brockton Cycle Frequently Asked Questions


Most U.S. orders ship via UPS ground. Use this chart to determine how long it will take for your order to arrive once shipped.

Q. How do I contact Brockton Cycle?

A. Email us at gfaris@brocktoncycle.com, or call us at 800.829.4313 (or 508.584.1451). We are located at 2074 Main St, Brockton MA, 02301.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping charges are tiered, which means that charges depend on your order total. Please note that these rates apply only to orders shipping within the continental United States, shipping via UPS ground or US Priority Mail. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally will incur additional freight charges. Items such as tires, batteries, exhausts and other large/heavy items requiring oversized packaging will require additional shipping charges.

Q. How does Brockton Cycle ship orders and how long will it take before my order arrives?

A. We process orders the same or next business day. If you order over the weekend, your order will be processed on the following Monday. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by telephone and email as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. We are based near Boston, MA and ship from this area.

Q. After I placed an order on www.brocktoncycle.com, I was a given an ‘online reference number.’ What does this mean? Has my order shipped?

A. An Online Reference number is assigned to your order by our database once the system accepts your order. It does not mean your order is processed, billed, or shipped. Rather, it is given to you to let you know your order ‘went through’, and that the computer system has your order on file.

Q. How do I know my order has shipped?

A. Once your order ships, we email you with all relevant shipping details. This includes date and method shipping, and tracking information where applicable.


Q. Why does Brockton Cycle want me to leave TWO contact phone numbers and a valid email address? I don’t want my information given out!

A. We ask for as many ways to contact you as possible simply to inform you of any charges, backorders, shipping charges etc. All information you provide is private and confidential.

Q. Does Brockton Cycle charge a re-stocking fee on returned or exchanged items?

A. Only if your item was returned more than 30 days after it was shipped. That's it!

Q. Does Brockton Cycle accept international orders?

A. In most cases, yes. Brockton Cycle reserves the right to refuse any order if we determine it to be risky in terms of credit card fraud, shipping difficulty, or for any other reason we see fit. In some cases, we will accept an international/overseas order, but require a wire transfer of funds for payment. This does not apply to U.S. military personnel stationed overseas.

Q. Will Brockton Cycle ship to an APO address?

A. Yes, absolutely.

Q. I received my order, and would like to return/exchange an item. How do I do this?

A. Enclosed with every order is a simple form detailing the procedure for returning/exchanging an item or items. You simply fill it out and ship it and the item(s) in question to:

Q. On some of the items on your website, no price is displayed. How do I know how much you are selling these items for?

A. Some manufacturers do not allow us to display our prices for the public to see. To keep them happy, we keep the prices on these items hidden until the item is added to your online shopping cart. The price will display at that time. To view the price on any item where no price is displayed, simply select the desired item and add to your shopping cart. You can always remove the item if you decide not to purchase it.
